These are energy star rated homes and you never have to refill water tanks, deal with holding tanks or any other inconveniences. Choose from our floor plans or design your own! You can add extra amenities such as porches and garages to give you that at home feel. Our tiny house floor plans are very unique, in the fact they give you the options for great permanent residence, rental designs, a cabin or hunting lodge, even a second home getaway. As a permanent residence you can discover the convenience of maintenance free living in a tiny home and start saving yourself time and money. Our tiny homes are systems built which means they are manufactured in a matter of weeks instead of months and delivered to your site as a complete unit. They also are very easy to own and maintain! Offering porcelain tile, Armstrong vinyl floor and nylon carpet with several colors to choose from. In addition, rigid copper is used for our water lines and scheduled PVC is used for our drain lines. We offer maintenance free vinyl siding, cedar lap siding, fir log siding and also Hardiplank brand fiber cement siding. The windows are Gerkin brand vinyl that are argon filled with insulated glass in tan and white color choices. You can choose from a full kitchen of custom cabinets in oak, knotty pine or rustic hickory wood species. In addition we have several interior trim packages available with drywall interiors. Roofing options include a steel roof with rugged rim design available in many colors or our high wind resistant 40 year architectural shingles. Today is the day!
